Define the decision and scope
Share the provider or project name, location, evidence available and the decision you need to make. ACS confirms the checks, access requirements, reporting frequency, exclusions and any specialist input needed before work begins.
Verify and document
ACS reviews the agreed information, contacts relevant parties and visits the location where included and feasible. The report distinguishes reviewed evidence from direct observations and identifies inconsistencies, unanswered questions and the limits of the conclusions.
Monitor against an agreed baseline
For ongoing monitoring, the approved scope, milestones and acceptance criteria become the reference point. Scheduled reports compare observed progress with that baseline, and material concerns are escalated according to the agreed protocol.
